Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must have a valid California driver’s license
- clean driving record
- 3 or more months of related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

- 3+ months of related experience and/or training or equivalent education
- preferred 1+ years in hospitality
- ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions
Job Duties
- Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return
- operate vehicles safely and responsibly
- park incoming cars safely and efficiently
- organize and file paperwork regarding guests' vehicles and daily transactions
- drive conservatively while adhering to all applicable traffic laws
- announce stops and answer general questions about the property and local community
- maintain a working knowledge of the property’s facilities, promotions, and special events
- inspect vehicles prior to occupancy to verify cleanliness and stocking
- conduct routine safety inspections of vehicles before and after every trip
- report any problems or maintenance needs to management
- maintain accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports
- assist guests and other team members in offering exceptional guest service
- greet vehicles and guests warmly in the valet area
- open doors for guests
- fill out valet tickets and conduct vehicle spot inspections
- provide positive interactions with guests and team members
- maintain confidentiality on guest interaction and property operations
- present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- manage parking functions including logging tickets and notifying valet of pickup
- maintain logs and run reports related to car counts and parking information
- perform duties of bell person and shuttle driver as necessary
- other duties as assigned
