Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must have one year minimum driving experience
  • valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
  • ability to stand and run for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • ability to respond to visual and aural cues
  • must present a professional appearance at all times
  • must be able to tolerate secondary smoke
  • must be able to get along with coworkers and work as a team

Job Qualifications

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions
  • must have one year minimum driving experience
  • prior customer service and valet experience preferred
  • strong guest service skills and initiative required
  • must be highly motivated energetic and quality oriented
  • must be able to get along with coworkers and work as a team
  • high school diploma or equivalent GED preferred
  • must be able to read write speak and understand English
  • excellent oral communication skills
  • must be able to speak with the public in a professional manner
  • must possess a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • must be able to obtain a gaming license from the Dry Creek Gaming Commission

Job Duties

  • parks and retrieves guest vehicles
  • accurately records condition of guest vehicle and issues claim ticket to guest
  • provides a positive experience for all guests
  • screens employees prior to their shift
  • screens patrons prior to entering casino
  • performs general guest services duties as assigned
  • acts as a role model and presents oneself as credit to casino
