Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or valet services preferred
- valid driver’s license
- ability to operate hotel van safely
- dependable and punctual
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle high-pressure conditions
- willingness to assume responsibility for personal growth
- ability to maintain professional demeanor
- adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of the English language
- ability to communicate effectively with guests, associates, and vendors

Job Duties
- Escort incoming guests to rooms
- assist guests with luggage
- inspect guest rooms to ensure they are in order and supplies are adequate
- explain features of rooms such as operation of radio, television, in-room movie system
- offer information about available hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment attractions
- deliver messages and run errands
- transport guests in hotel van within property requirements
- maintain cleanliness of both interior and exterior of van
- maintain all mileage records on a daily basis
- report all trips to front desk, including length of drive and time spent
- keep record of calls for service
- deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks
- set up sample rooms
- respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions courteously and timely
