Job Requirements
- Valid New Mexico driver’s license with no revocations or suspensions in the past three years
- Clean driving record subject to review by Risk Management
- Ability to lift and carry luggage
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Pass a background check
- Physically able to perform duties such as standing and walking for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in valet parking or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist guests with luggage handling and escort them to their rooms
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies while handling vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience
