Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license
- Must be able to stand and run for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds
- Ability to respond to visual and aural cues
- Must tolerate areas containing secondary smoke
- Must meet attendance guidelines and follow company policies
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions
- One year minimum driving experience
- Prior customer service and/or valet experience preferred
- Strong guest service skills and initiative
- Highly motivated, energetic, and quality oriented
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Must present oneself professionally
Job Duties
- Parks and retrieves guest vehicles
- Accurately records condition of guest vehicle and issues claim ticket to guest
- Provides a positive experience for all guests
- Screens employees prior to their shift
- Screens patrons prior to entering casino
- Performs general guest services duties assigned
- Acts as role model and adheres to company policies
