Job Requirements

Valid, current driver's license
clean driving record
minimum three years of driving experience
ability to safely drive a manual transmission vehicle
minimum one year customer service experience
excellent customer service attitude
professional and friendly manner
enthusiastic and dependable team player
self-motivated and willing to learn
well organized and detail oriented
able to stand for extended periods
able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
able to perform physical activities like stooping, kneeling, crouching
able to communicate effectively

Job Duties

Warmly greeting each member with a smile
accepting vehicles and driving the cars between the valet loop and the valet parking lot
keeping track of times that club visitors will be returning to their vehicles
running between the valet loop and back parking lot to retrieve cars in a timely manner
carefully driving through a congested parking lot with safety being the primary concern
diffusing member conflict situations with tact and professionalism
communicate timely and follow up as appropriate
active participation in events, programs, meetings and training
represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response
schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings
