Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
ability to smile during customer interactions
possess an upbeat personality and strong work ethic
ability to move quickly
ability to organize cars efficiently
ability to stand for long periods
ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on manual transmission
ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
possess a valid driver’s license
pass a criminal background check and RMV check
be organized

Job Qualifications

proficient in English both verbally and written
strong communication skills
ability to read and write in English
maintain uniform standards when on job premises
ability to create relationships with customers
clean driving record deemed insurable by current insurance provider

Job Duties

keep the safety of self and others in mind at all times
park customers' vehicles in designated parking spots safely and securely
keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage
provide exceptional guest experience
maintain organization at operation
use professional communication and approved language choices
adhere to all safety protocols and procedures including wearing appropriate safety gear
fill out damage or accident reports
provide information about the garage such as hours of operation, rates, or special promotions when requested
assist in cleaning duties as assigned
facilitate transition at the end of the shift
maintain a neatly groomed appearance
