Job Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license
must qualify for company insurance coverage
no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, driving on suspended), no combination of 3 or more at fault accidents and/or chargeable moving violations during the last 3 years
must be at least 18 years of age
experience in driving both automatic and standard type transmission vehicles
work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
must have excellent verbal communication skills
professional appearance as outlined in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook
must be able to work independently and function as a member of a team
a record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment

Job Duties

Provides superior customer service, positively interacts with customers and team members, has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and has the ability to work harmoniously with co-workers
safely park and retrieve vehicle, follow key handling procedures, and follow all safety guidelines
completes vehicle inspections including checking for damage and recording vehicle details on claim ticket
keep valet area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items
assists with traffic flow and ensure the safety of the parking area
answers the telephone and takes messages as appropriate, adheres to proper telephone etiquette
