Job Requirements
- Valid state driver's license with a current address and an acceptable driving record
- ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission preferred
- minimum one year of experience in guest services or related field
- superior service orientation
- willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- flexibility in work schedule
- effective communication skills in English

Job Duties
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and mark tickets of findings, inform customers of valet rate
- report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Manager
- have a thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the hotel to be able to provide guest and patrons directions to various locations in the area, if needed
- observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices
- ensure prompt professional response to all guest requests for service
- assist and relieve door staff and bell staff as requested and directed
- open the door for all guests and patrons entering and exiting the hotel
- maintain the lobby entrance vestibule including cleaning, vacuuming, etc. as needed
- acknowledge any approaching guest warmly and assist however needed
- perform in a standard as well as an automatic automobile
- maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area
- complete all other assignments, duties and tasks as assigned by the Concierge and Director of Guest Services
