Job Requirements
- Valid Class III Driver's license and good Driver's Abstract required
- Provide evidence of insurability
- No prior experience required but prior driver, hospitality, Bell Person or Door Person experience preferred
- CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred
- Ability to communicate in English clearly
- Ability to deal with customers patiently and diplomatically

- Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to speak another language in addition to English is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing English
- Ability to deal effectively with customers requiring patience, tact and diplomacy
Job Duties
- Operate vehicle using safe driving practices to ensure safe delivery of vehicle to and from the parking garage
- Retrieve information on guest vehicles and claim checks using valet desk computer system
- Ticket vehicle with guest name, room number, car license, make/model, amount of charge and length of stay
- Follow established procedures for car control including maintaining accurate logs of keys and completing required valet parking log sheets and reports
- Greet and thank guests in proper English using clear and pleasant voice and respond to guest inquiries regarding directions, car rentals, meeting rooms and other services
- Answer valet phone promptly using positive and clear English communication and arrange parking valet requests and bell desk services
- Assist Door Attendant in opening car doors and unloading/loading luggage to ensure smooth flow of traffic
- Assist guests with check-in procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
