Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to drive and safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- ability to work in various weather conditions
- ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- ability to push and pull wheelchairs weighing 100 to 350 pounds over considerable distances
- requires full range of motion
- ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours when required
Job Qualifications

- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to drive and safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- ability to work in various weather conditions
- previous valet or customer service experience is a plus
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and courteous demeanor
- promote the courteous treatment of customers and resolve guest service issues while ensuring readiness to minimize wait time
- safely park and retrieve vehicles for guests
- maintain a clean and organized valet area
- display excellent public relations skills including providing information, giving directions, and offering wheelchair assistance
- explain parking procedures clearly to patients and guests
- assist patients and visitors with directions and other inquiries
- adhere to all safety and traffic regulations
- maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and keys
- communicate effectively with team members and management
