Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license with clean driving record
- ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- excellent interpersonal skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in valet parking or related role preferred
- valid driver's license with clean driving record
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- capability to handle guest luggage carefully
- knowledge of safety and security protocols in vehicle handling
Job Duties
- practice, support and promote Graton Resort & Casino's core values and exemplary service standards
- record any damage on guest's automobile prior to accepting and parking vehicle
- properly and accurately park guest's vehicle in correct parking lot spaces
- lock guest's vehicles and correctly secure keys
- keep driveway clear of cars needing parking
- return car to guest promptly and in original condition
- ensure safe and clean working environment
- handle guest luggage with care during check in and check out
- drive both manual and automatic transmissions preferred
