Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum six months of related experience
  • Valid driver’s license with no violations
  • CPR certification
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to safely operate vehicles including manual transmission
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain clean and organized workspace

Job Qualifications

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
  • Minimum six months of related experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to operate vehicles including manual transmission
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical agility to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to maintain organized workspace

Job Duties

  • Greet patients and visitors upon arrival and departure
  • Drive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly
  • Secure vehicles by locking doors, windows, and setting parking brakes
  • Tag and file keys responsibly in the valet closet
  • Assist patients and visitors with bags and mobility needs including wheelchair transport
  • Monitor parking area to direct traffic and prevent overcrowding
  • Maintain cleanliness of parking lots and coordinate disposal of bio-hazard waste
  • Provide directions and answer inquiries from patients and visitors
  • Use safe handling techniques with gait belts as needed
