Job Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Kalispel Tribal Gaming License
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Must be insurable by company insurance carrier
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Hepatitis A and B vaccinations required
  • Ability to run or jog for short periods
  • Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in a four star or four diamond hotel preferred
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft programs
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Ensures compliance with Kalispel Tribe policies and Northern Quest Resort procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism
  • Greet guests with a smile, eye contact, and verbal greetings
  • Safely operate and manage vehicles including handlings keys and valet tickets
  • Promptly retrieve and park guest vehicles
  • Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately
  • Perform additional duties such as traffic control, guest services, or shuttle operations when necessary
