Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with valet and bell services
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities and surrounding areas
- Maintain communication with the front desk and bell staff
- Ensure the valet area is organized and presentable
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally
