Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least two years of experience as a valet attendant in a high volume environment preferred
  • Valid state driver's license in good standing
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming License
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Comfortable with frequent exposure to outdoor climates

Job Qualifications

  • Two years as a valet attendant in a high volume work environment, preferred
  • High school diploma or GED, required
  • Valid state driver's license in good standing
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming License
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings
  • Provide exceptional customer service and always treat others with respect
  • Properly and safely operate all motor vehicles accepted
  • Inspect all motor vehicles for damage prior to taking custody and record any previous damage
  • Ensure safety of motor vehicles while in The Queen's custody
  • Observe all relevant traffic laws
  • Ensure the security of patrons' vehicles while in The Queen's custody
  • Ensure all departmental documents are accurate, legible and complete
  • Effectively record and/or resolve patron complaints
  • Maintain all equipment of Valet Department
  • Keep entire work area clean and free from debris during assigned shift
  • Set up designated work area as directed
  • Learn and follow all rules, laws, regulations and policies pertaining to the Guest Services department
  • Apply knowledge gained from training, education and work experience
  • Be friendly and courteous at all times
  • Apply customer service standards as directed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
