Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of experience as a valet attendant in a high volume environment preferred
- Valid state driver's license in good standing
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming License
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Comfortable with frequent exposure to outdoor climates
Job Qualifications
- Two years as a valet attendant in a high volume work environment, preferred
- High school diploma or GED, required
- Valid state driver's license in good standing
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming License
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings
- Provide exceptional customer service and always treat others with respect
- Properly and safely operate all motor vehicles accepted
- Inspect all motor vehicles for damage prior to taking custody and record any previous damage
- Ensure safety of motor vehicles while in The Queen's custody
- Observe all relevant traffic laws
- Ensure the security of patrons' vehicles while in The Queen's custody
- Ensure all departmental documents are accurate, legible and complete
- Effectively record and/or resolve patron complaints
- Maintain all equipment of Valet Department
- Keep entire work area clean and free from debris during assigned shift
- Set up designated work area as directed
- Learn and follow all rules, laws, regulations and policies pertaining to the Guest Services department
- Apply knowledge gained from training, education and work experience
- Be friendly and courteous at all times
- Apply customer service standards as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned
