Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum three years driving experience
  • ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
  • valid California Commercial Driver's License commercial class C or higher preferred
  • ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license as required by the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission
  • ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures
  • physical ability to walk up to fourteen miles per shift and climb multiple flights of stairs
  • capacity to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • availability for evening, weekend and holiday shifts
  • ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
  • excellent hearing and speech capabilities
  • ability to follow safety protocols and secure guest property
  • adherence to all applicable laws and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum three years driving experience
  • ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, running, and climbing
  • valid California Commercial Driver's License preferred
  • good driving record
  • ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude under pressure

Job Duties

  • Provides professional and courteous service to guests with urgency
  • greets guests timely and efficiently while opening doors and providing directions
  • handles special guest requests and assists with resort and casino inquiries
  • parks and retrieves vehicles safely following state laws and policies
  • secures guest keys and vehicles according to department protocol
  • follows up to ensure guest satisfaction regarding requests or concerns
  • documents and reports vehicle incidents such as damages or thefts
  • performs other duties supporting department operations
