Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum three years of driving experience
  • ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions
  • valid California commercial driver’s license, commercial Class C or higher, with passenger endorsement preferred
  • must obtain and maintain a gaming license if required by the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission
  • ability to work outdoors in extreme temperature conditions
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record for authorized drivers

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of resort and casino services and operations preferred

Job Duties

  • Provides professional and courteous service to guests with a sense of urgency
  • greets guests timely, professionally, and efficiently while opening doors and providing information
  • handles special requests and assists with inquiries about resort and casino services
  • parks and retrieves guest vehicles safely in compliance with state laws
  • secures guest keys and vehicles according to policy
  • follows up with guests to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • documents and reports vehicle incidents such as damages and accidents
  • performs other duties to support department operations
