Job Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must possess a valid New Mexico Driver's License
- Must be able to work varied shifts
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and verbal forms
- Must be able to maintain a clean, professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- Prior valet experience or at least 1 year guest service experience preferred
- Working knowledge of both automatic and manual transmissions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain a clean, professional appearance
Job Duties
- Parking and retrieving visitors' vehicles in timely manner while ensuring utmost vehicle safety
- Serve as ambassadors of the property as the first point of contact
- Open doors for arriving guests along with appropriate greeting
- Prepare claim checks for guests quickly and properly
- Provide accurate directions to guests when necessary
- Calls taxis for casino guests as required
