Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New Mexico Driver's License
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Ability to safely retrieve customer's vehicle
  • Must be able to pass a stringent background investigation
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Relevant work experience or education may be substituted
  • Punctual and regular attendance
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Greet arriving and departing guests assisting them to and from their accommodations
  • Quickly evaluate condition of vehicle, complete valet ticket, and attach ticket to customer keys
  • Properly secure vehicle and keys
  • Enter data into CPVS system
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles following appropriate valet policies and procedures
  • Ensure leadership team is kept aware of any relevant guest feedback
  • Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and pulls, attend lobby and front door
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations for property and city events
  • Communicate and partner with other departments to support guest experience
  • Perform other duties as needed or required
  • Attend and complete required departmental training
  • Work collaboratively to deliver the highest degree of service
  • Maintain punctuality and regular attendance according to policy
