Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New Mexico Driver's License
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Ability to safely retrieve customer's vehicle
- Must be able to pass a stringent background investigation
- Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Relevant work experience or education may be substituted
- Punctual and regular attendance
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests assisting them to and from their accommodations
- Quickly evaluate condition of vehicle, complete valet ticket, and attach ticket to customer keys
- Properly secure vehicle and keys
- Enter data into CPVS system
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles following appropriate valet policies and procedures
- Ensure leadership team is kept aware of any relevant guest feedback
- Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and pulls, attend lobby and front door
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for property and city events
- Communicate and partner with other departments to support guest experience
- Perform other duties as needed or required
- Attend and complete required departmental training
- Work collaboratively to deliver the highest degree of service
- Maintain punctuality and regular attendance according to policy
