Job Requirements

Must be at least 19 years of age
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New Mexico Driver's License
Ability to follow instructions
Good driving record
Must be able to pass a stringent background investigation
Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings

Job Duties

Greet arriving and departing guests assisting them to and from their accommodations
Quickly evaluate condition of vehicle, complete valet ticket, and attach ticket to customer's keys
Properly secure vehicle and keys
Enter data into CPVS system
Park and retrieve guest vehicles following appropriate valet policies and procedures
Keep leadership team informed of any relevant feedback from guests or other departments
Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries or pulls, and attend the lobby and front door
Provide knowledgeable recommendations for the property, city events, and outlets
Communicate and partner with other departments to support guest experience
Perform other duties as needed or required
Attend and complete required departmental training
Work collaboratively to deliver the highest degree of service to all guests
Maintain punctual and regular attendance according to the assigned schedule
