Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New Mexico driver’s license
- Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
- Must have good driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, crouch, kneel, stoop, push, pull, and balance during work
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather and noise conditions
Job Qualifications

- Valid unrestricted New Mexico driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Knowledge of local area
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to operate CPVS system
- Ability to safely and quickly retrieve customer vehicles
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests assisting them to and from their accommodations
- Evaluate condition of vehicle, complete valet ticket, and attach ticket to customer keys
- Properly secure vehicle and keys
- Enter data into CPVS system
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles following valet policies and procedures
- Communicate relevant guest feedback to leadership
- Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries, and attend the lobby and front door
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for property, city events, and outlets
- Partner with other departments to support the guest experience
- Attend and complete required departmental training
- Work collaboratively to deliver outstanding service
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance according to schedule
