Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New Mexico driver’s license
  • Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
  • Must have good driving record
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, crouch, kneel, stoop, push, pull, and balance during work
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather and noise conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of local area

  • Ability to safely and quickly retrieve customer vehicles

Job Duties

  • Greet arriving and departing guests assisting them to and from their accommodations
  • Evaluate condition of vehicle, complete valet ticket, and attach ticket to customer keys
  • Properly secure vehicle and keys
  • Enter data into CPVS system
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles following valet policies and procedures
  • Communicate relevant guest feedback to leadership
  • Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries, and attend the lobby and front door
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations for property, city events, and outlets
  • Partner with other departments to support the guest experience
  • Attend and complete required departmental training
  • Work collaboratively to deliver outstanding service
  • Maintain punctual and regular attendance according to schedule
