Job Requirements
- At least 18 years or older
- Possess valid Michigan driver's license and excellent driving record
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including vehicles with manual transmission
- Ability to stand, walk, run, and jog and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Previous valet experience is a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in valet or customer service roles is a plus
- Ability to operate various vehicle types including manual transmission
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand, walk, run, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet guests professionally and with enthusiasm
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles as requested by guests
- Issue valet ticket upon each guest's arrival and collect valet tickets at departure
- Demonstrate the highest level of care and courtesy to all guests while staying alert to their needs
- Inspect vehicles for overall condition and note any dents, missing parts, or distinguishing features
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
