Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New Mexico Driver's License
- Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation
- Will require pre-employment and random drug screening
- Punctual and regular attendance is essential
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds, balancing, crouching, kneeling, walking, standing, stooping, talking, hearing, seeing, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling
- Must work in both indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to temperature extremes and noise
- Must comply with all safety regulations and policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Knowledge of local area
- Good driving record
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to safely and quickly retrieve customer's vehicle
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests assisting them to and from their accommodations
- Quickly evaluate condition of vehicle, complete valet ticket, and attach ticket to customer's keys
- Properly secure vehicle and keys
- Enter data into CPVS system
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles following appropriate valet policies and procedures
- Ensure leadership team is kept aware of relevant feedback from guests and other departments
- Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and pulls, and attend lobby and front door
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for the property, city events, and outlets
- Communicate and partner with other departments to support guest experience
- Perform other duties as needed or required
- Attend and complete required departmental training
- Work collaboratively to deliver the highest degree of service to all guests
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance according to assigned schedules
