Job Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally run
Ability to navigate multiple levels of stairs
Ability to communicate effectively with guests
Must complete and pass pre-employment background, drug, and motor vehicle record screening
Punctuality and reliability
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience as a valet parking attendant, preferred
Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle, preferred
Proficiency in English verbally and in writing
Exceptional guest service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience

Job Duties

Provide first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors
Park and secure vehicles safely and efficiently
Unload and load luggage as needed
Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request
Extend a friendly welcome to hotel guests
Maintain safety and order in parking areas
