Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- valid driver’s license
- ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to verbally communicate with guests
- previous valet experience preferred
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations

Job Duties
- Meet and greet all guests upon arrival
- open guest vehicle doors and assist with unloading when necessary
- retrieve keys from guests and issue tickets or enter information electronically
- park guest vehicles safely and appropriately
- inspect vehicles for preexisting damage and record details
- quickly retrieve vehicles for waiting guests
- provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
- direct traffic and manage traffic control devices
- report any incidents or claims to management
- request and collect fees for services
- assist with end-of-shift revenue reconciliation
- communicate professionally with guests, clients, and team members
