Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to verbally communicate with guests
  • previous valet experience preferred
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet all guests upon arrival
  • open guest vehicle doors and assist with unloading when necessary
  • retrieve keys from guests and issue tickets or enter information electronically
  • park guest vehicles safely and appropriately
  • inspect vehicles for preexisting damage and record details
  • quickly retrieve vehicles for waiting guests
  • provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
  • direct traffic and manage traffic control devices
  • report any incidents or claims to management
  • request and collect fees for services
  • assist with end-of-shift revenue reconciliation
  • communicate professionally with guests, clients, and team members
