Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • ability to communicate verbally with guests
  • physical ability to operate vehicles and move for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • availability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • excellent customer service skills
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • familiarity with vehicle inspection and record-keeping preferred
  • previous valet experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet all guests upon arrival
  • open guest vehicle doors and assist with unloading vehicle when necessary
  • retrieve keys from guest and issue ticket or enter customer information using electronic device
  • park guest car in appropriate space ensuring safe and appropriate operation of vehicles
  • inspect vehicle for preexisting damage and record information accurately
  • quickly retrieve vehicles for waiting guests and assist with loading luggage when necessary
  • provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries courteously
  • direct traffic and arrange towing services when necessary
  • immediately report any incidents or claims to management
  • collect relevant fees for parking services
  • assist in reconciling end of shift revenue
  • communicate professionally with guests, clients, and team members
