Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
valid driver’s license
ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
ability to communicate verbally with guests
physical ability to operate vehicles and move for extended periods
ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
availability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Job Qualifications

valid driver’s license
ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
excellent customer service skills
effective verbal communication skills
familiarity with vehicle inspection and record-keeping preferred
previous valet experience preferred

Job Duties

Meet and greet all guests upon arrival
open guest vehicle doors and assist with unloading vehicle when necessary
retrieve keys from guest and issue ticket or enter customer information using electronic device
park guest car in appropriate space ensuring safe and appropriate operation of vehicles
inspect vehicle for preexisting damage and record information accurately
quickly retrieve vehicles for waiting guests and assist with loading luggage when necessary
provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries courteously
direct traffic and arrange towing services when necessary
immediately report any incidents or claims to management
collect relevant fees for parking services
assist in reconciling end of shift revenue
communicate professionally with guests, clients, and team members
