Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- no previous experience required, on the job training provided
- ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- valid driver's license
- willingness to comply with company COVID-19 vaccination policy unless exempt
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
Job Qualifications
- One year of customer service or similar work experience preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must know how to drive manual transmission (stick shift)
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- high school diploma or GED not required but a plus
- ability to comply with company policies and safety regulations
Job Duties
- Approaches and greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner
- uses respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns
- relays information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary
- is quick and responsive to provide excellent customer service
- follows all company procedures and complies with all safety regulations
- parks and retrieves vehicles complying with all traffic laws, facility policies, and pedestrian regulations
- performs jockey attendant duties at the garage station
