Job Requirements
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission
- Must have and maintain a valid drivers license
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day
- Must be able to run for 1-2 hours at a time
- Must be outgoing and enthusiastic
- Must be a great communicator who works well in a collaborative team environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Outgoing and enthusiastic demeanor
- Physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods and run short distances
- Prior experience in customer service or valet roles preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide extraordinary guest service by greeting and interacting with guests when they arrive at the property
- Park, retrieve, and take care of guests personal vehicles
- Issue and collect claim tickets and process valet parking fees
- Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of valet areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times
