Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum three years managerial experience
  • At least five years related work experience preferably in property management, hotel or office environment
  • Knowledge of Central Transportation services
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve quickly
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High integrity and responsibility
  • Customer service focus

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree required
  • Managerial experience of at least three years
  • Related work experience of at least five years in foreign property management company, hotel or office building preferred
  • Relevant professional knowledge and working knowledge of Central Transportation
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to be on feet for long periods
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide quick, effective, and creative solutions
  • Effective implementation skills, good communication, and teamwork
  • Integrity and high sense of responsibility
  • Customer service oriented and able to communicate to meet or exceed requirements

Job Duties

  • Establish and organize the implementation of ARAMARK CT Services program according to standardized procedures
  • Carry out ARAMARK work procedures to ensure effective delivery of CT Services
  • Improve working efficiency and CT Services programs based on Quality Performance Evaluation results and action plans
  • Manage operational routines and implement improvements to meet objectives
  • Conduct safety training to enhance workplace safety
  • Train and develop supervisors and hourly employees through Job Skill Training and Review programs
  • Maintain internal communication and collaboration to ensure smooth operations
  • Establish good communication with clients to meet or exceed customer requirements
  • Provide financial forecast, monitor spending, and manage departmental budget within guidelines
  • Enhance team building, manage staffing and performance of subordinates
