Job Requirements
- 1+ year of management or supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to stand, walk, or run for extended periods or for an entire work shift
- Capacity to move, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier items with assistance
- Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or a service ramp
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the Supervisors
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year of management or supervisory experience

- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Effective communication and strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Oversee the financial, operational, safety, and service performance of the hotel's valet operation
- Manage, plan, schedule, and direct the daily activities of ramp supervisors, valet attendants, cashiers, and overnight staff
- Ensure smooth 24/7 operations, with availability on weekends to support peak times and special events
- Implement client service standards and maintain alignment with property expectations for safety, service, and efficiency
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a courteous, responsive, and guest-first approach throughout all valet interactions
- Serve as a key point of contact for client communication, feedback, and service alignment
- Lead efforts to deliver elevated guest experiences while maintaining brand standards and exceeding client expectations
