Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
  • assist guests with mobility needs as required
  • maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • check vehicles for damage before and after parking and report any discrepancies
  • secure vehicle keys and adhere to company rules and regulations
  • ensure timely return of vehicles to guests
  • uphold safety standards and comply with traffic laws
  • use parking management systems and keep accurate records
