Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver's license
- reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- pass and maintain clean background check
- ability to perform physical demands such as standing and lifting up to 50 lbs
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to company policies and safety procedures
- availability for overnight shifts if applicable
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to adapt and manage multiple responsibilities
Job Qualifications

- previous customer service experience preferred
- helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests and assist with luggage as needed
- perform thorough vehicle inspections to document existing damage and complete claim tickets
- safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
- efficiently manage traffic flow in the valet area especially during busy or overnight hours
- overnight valets monitor and secure the parking area and respond to guest requests during late hours
- maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet area
- accurately clock in/out and report gratuities according to company policy
- address guest questions, concerns, and special requests courteously
- arrive punctually in uniform and adhere to all hotel rules and safety guidelines
- support teammates and assist with additional tasks to ensure smooth valet operations
