Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
- Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor settings including parking garages and active traffic areas
- Use of communication tools such as phones and radios
- Willingness to use personal cell phone for work-related communication
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests and assist with luggage as needed
- Perform vehicle inspections and document existing damage
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
- Manage traffic flow in the valet area, especially during busy and overnight shifts
- Monitor and secure the parking area during overnight shifts and respond to guest requests
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area reflecting the hotel's standards
- Accurately clock in/out and report gratuities according to company policies
- Address guest questions, concerns, and special requests promptly
- Arrive punctually in uniform and comply with all hotel rules and safety guidelines
- Support teammates with additional tasks to maintain efficient valet operations
