Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
  • Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must adhere to uniform and grooming standards
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor settings including parking garages and active traffic areas
  • Use of communication tools such as phones and radios
  • Willingness to use personal cell phone for work-related communication

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests and assist with luggage as needed
  • Perform vehicle inspections and document existing damage
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
  • Manage traffic flow in the valet area, especially during busy and overnight shifts
  • Monitor and secure the parking area during overnight shifts and respond to guest requests
  • Maintain a clean and organized valet area reflecting the hotel's standards
  • Accurately clock in/out and report gratuities according to company policies
  • Address guest questions, concerns, and special requests promptly
  • Arrive punctually in uniform and comply with all hotel rules and safety guidelines
  • Support teammates with additional tasks to maintain efficient valet operations
