Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • minimum one year of working experience
  • minimum one year of driving experience
  • valid driver’s license maintained throughout employment
  • CPR certification obtained within 90 days of employment and maintained
  • ability to perform basic math
  • capability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • ability to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods
  • ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Acknowledge, greet, and welcome patients/visitors
  • assists patients/visitors with valet needs
  • comply with traffic regulations to operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
  • clarifies parking rates and valet procedures to patients and visitors
  • daily collection and categorization of processed parking ticket transactions
  • maintains safe and clean work environment by following standards and procedures
  • report any accidents to manager on duty
  • support daily operations of the parking facility
  • perform cashiering functions as needed
  • stock and maintain all revenue control equipment
  • prepare daily sales reports
  • assist customers in the use of automated revenue control equipment including ticket dispensers, pay stations, and exit station equipment
