Job Requirements
- valid Louisiana driver’s license with no moving violations or traffic citations in past five years
- ability to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service
- ability to work any shift and day of the week
- ability to work with co-workers and as a team
- able to run for extended periods and navigate various surfaces
- able to respond to visual and aural cues
- well-groomed appearance
- able to drive all types of passenger vehicles safely
- able to work in temperatures ranging from 10 to 115 degrees Fahrenheit
Job Qualifications
- valid Louisiana driver’s license with clean record
- one year of customer service experience preferred
- previous experience as valet parking attendant preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work any shift and day
- team player with good interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- coordinate breaks and training for valet and booth attendants
- handle guest complaints and coach employees
- ensure department runs smoothly meeting all service standards
- follow daily schedule for employee time tracking
- greet and converse with customers in English
- drive and park cars in designated areas
- safely return cars to customers
- meet attendance guidelines and adhere to company policies
