Job Requirements

  • valid Louisiana driver’s license with no moving violations or traffic citations in past five years
  • ability to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service
  • ability to work any shift and day of the week
  • ability to work with co-workers and as a team
  • able to run for extended periods and navigate various surfaces
  • able to respond to visual and aural cues
  • well-groomed appearance
  • able to drive all types of passenger vehicles safely
  • able to work in temperatures ranging from 10 to 115 degrees Fahrenheit

Job Qualifications

  • valid Louisiana driver’s license with clean record
  • one year of customer service experience preferred
  • previous experience as valet parking attendant preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work any shift and day
  • team player with good interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • coordinate breaks and training for valet and booth attendants
  • handle guest complaints and coach employees
  • ensure department runs smoothly meeting all service standards
  • follow daily schedule for employee time tracking
  • greet and converse with customers in English
  • drive and park cars in designated areas
  • safely return cars to customers
  • meet attendance guidelines and adhere to company policies
