Job Requirements

  • Must present a valid Louisiana driver’s license record with no moving violations or traffic citations in the past 5 years
  • must have one-year previous customer service experience preferred
  • must have previous experience as valet parking attendant preferred
  • must possess excellent communication skills
  • must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
  • must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Coordinate breaks for attendants
  • ensure training and follow-up is accomplished
  • handle guest complaints
  • give out accolades to employees
  • coach employees for performance improvement
  • ensure proper running of valet department
  • monitor employee schedules and attendance
  • greet customers in English
  • drive and park vehicles safely
  • retrieve vehicles promptly
  • adhere to company policies and attendance guidelines
