Job Requirements
- Must present a valid Louisiana driver’s license record with no moving violations or traffic citations in the past 5 years
- must have one-year previous customer service experience preferred
- must have previous experience as valet parking attendant preferred
- must possess excellent communication skills
- must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
- must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate breaks for attendants
- ensure training and follow-up is accomplished
- handle guest complaints
- give out accolades to employees
- coach employees for performance improvement
- ensure proper running of valet department
- monitor employee schedules and attendance
- greet customers in English
- drive and park vehicles safely
- retrieve vehicles promptly
- adhere to company policies and attendance guidelines
