Job Requirements

  • Ability to maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • three years of experience driving vehicles
  • physical ability to lift or transport at least 50 pounds
  • experience pushing or pulling equipment up to 250 pounds
  • willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • ability to stand and move quickly for up to 4-hour intervals
  • must have reached 19th birthday
  • no more than one moving violation in past two years
  • must pass annual motor vehicle record screening
  • comfortable closed-toe non-skid shoes required

Job Qualifications

  • Understanding of the English language
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • customer service experience preferred
  • ability to drive vehicles with manual transmission
  • knowledge of local areas and roads
  • ability to provide excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Greeting and receiving customers with high quality customer service
  • parking guest vehicles and securing them
  • assisting guests with luggage and belongings
  • directing traffic at hotel or restaurant entrances
  • transporting guests within a 5-mile radius using company vehicle
  • recording guest information and parking location on valet tickets accurately
  • responding graciously to guest service issues and reporting to management
  • maintaining professional appearance and uniform standards
  • completing errands and deliveries for guests
