Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must maintain a clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in 2 years
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Able to drive stick shift transmission
- Previous valet or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Able to lift and transport at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and move actively for up to 4 hours
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must pass annual motor vehicle record screening
- Must wear comfortable, closed toe, non-skid shoes
Job Qualifications
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in valet or customer service preferred
- Ability to drive all types of vehicles including stick shift transmission
- Strong understanding of English language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
Job Duties
- Greet and receive customers with high quality customer service
- Park guest vehicles and secure vehicles safely and efficiently
- Assist guests with luggage and belongings
- Provide transportation for guests within a 5-mile radius using company vehicle
- Record guest's information accurately on valet tickets and manage proper ticket color coding
- Direct traffic and secure transportation such as taxis for guests
- Respond to guest questions about the hotel, restaurant, and local area
- Perform errands and deliveries for guests
- Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
- Address guest service issues and report to management
- Prioritize safety while performing duties
- Run back to station promptly after parking vehicles
- Adapt to additional tasks assigned by management based on workload
