Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical requirements including running, standing, walking, and lifting moderate weights
- Able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Proficient with basic computer and phone communication tools
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary contact for each property, ensuring contractual obligations are met and fostering open communication
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance to ensure smooth daily operations
- Conduct regular site visits to identify and resolve issues, maintain equipment, and improve processes
- Monitor revenue, payroll, and expenses to identify trends and maintain financial control
- Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates, setting performance expectations and enforcing company policies
- Provide regular updates to management through reports on progress and challenges
- Actively involve staff in planning, decision-making, and process improvement while maintaining team performance responsibility
- Perform valet duties when necessary to support team and maintain service quality
- Attend staff meetings and complete training modules
- Work flexible hours including during financial close periods and occasional travel as required
