Job Requirements

  • a high school diploma or ged
  • at least three years of supervisory experience in parking hospitality or a similar customer service field
  • a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
  • pass and maintain a clean background check
  • ability to work flexible hours including during financial close periods and occasional travel
  • capability to perform extended periods of running standing and walking and to lift moderate weights
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in managing payroll scheduling and overtime control

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged
  • at least three years of supervisory experience in parking hospitality or a similar customer service field
  • additional training or certifications in leadership or business management is beneficial
  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • effective training and leadership skills
  • excellent communication and reporting skills
  • advanced client management skills

Job Duties

  • serve as the primary contact for each property ensuring contractual obligations are met
  • manage scheduling staffing and quality assurance to ensure smooth daily operations
  • conduct regular site visits to identify and resolve issues maintain equipment and improve processes
  • monitor site-level revenue payroll and expenses to identify trends and irregularities
  • recruit train and coach hourly associates set clear performance expectations and foster a positive work environment
  • provide regular updates to management through reports on progress challenges and account needs
  • involve staff in planning decision-making and process improvement while taking full responsibility for team performance
