Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Flexibility to work all shifts including financial close periods
- Willingness to perform valet duties as needed
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors and withstand various weather conditions
- Physical ability to stand, walk, run, and lift moderate weights
- Use of personal cell phones for work communication with reimbursement
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in financial monitoring including payroll and revenue analysis
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary contact for property clients ensuring contractual obligations are met and communication is maintained
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance for daily valet operations
- Conduct site visits to identify and resolve operational issues and maintain equipment
- Monitor site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses to control costs and ensure budget compliance
- Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates fostering a positive work environment
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on operations and account needs
- Attend staff meetings, complete required training, and perform valet duties when needed
