Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- three years supervisory experience in parking hospitality or customer service
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- ability to pass background check
- ability to perform essential duties including standing walking running and lifting moderate weights
- willingness to work flexible hours including occasional travel
- ability to communicate effectively and use work-related technology
- physical and vision abilities to ensure guest and vehicle safety
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- serve as the primary contact for each property ensuring contractual obligations are met
- manage scheduling staffing and quality assurance for daily operations
- conduct regular site visits to identify and resolve issues
- monitor site-level revenue payroll and expenses
- recruit train and coach hourly associates
- provide regular updates to management through reports
- involve staff in planning decision-making and process improvement
