Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years supervisory experience in parking hospitality or similar customer service field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to perform extended periods of running standing walking and lifting moderate weights
- Availability to work flexible hours including financial close periods and occasional travel
- Use of personal cell phone for work communication with reimbursement as per policy
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least three years of supervisory experience in parking hospitality or related customer service field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Pass and maintain clean background check
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
- Strong client management abilities including relationship building and problem resolution
- Analytical skills to monitor financials and operational efficiency
- Experience in training coaching and leadership
- Proficient in payroll management and scheduling
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary contact for each property ensuring contractual obligations are met
- Manage scheduling staffing and quality assurance to ensure smooth daily operations
- Conduct regular site visits to resolve issues maintain equipment and improve processes
- Monitor site-level revenue payroll and expenses working with regional director on cost control
- Recruit train and coach hourly associates set clear performance expectations and foster positive work environment
- Provide regular updates to management through reports on progress challenges and account needs
- Actively involve staff in planning decision-making and process improvement while maintaining team performance responsibility
