Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three years supervisory experience in parking hospitality or customer service
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years
  • Clean background check
  • Ability to work flexible hours including shifts and occasional travel
  • Capability to perform physical duties including running standing walking and lifting moderate weights
  • Willingness to use personal cell phone for work communication
  • Ability to adapt to indoor and outdoor work environments including exposure to weather and noise

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least three years of supervisory experience in parking hospitality or a similar customer service field
  • Additional training or certifications in leadership or business management is beneficial
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than three moving violations within three years
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities
  • Experience in payroll management and cost control
  • Proficiency with operational software and leadership principles

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary contact for each property ensuring contractual obligations are met
  • Manage scheduling staffing and quality assurance for smooth daily operations
  • Conduct site visits to resolve issues maintain equipment and optimize processes
  • Monitor site-level revenue payroll and expenses identifying trends and irregularities
  • Recruit train and coach hourly associates fostering a positive work environment
  • Provide regular updates to management on progress challenges and account needs
  • Actively involve staff in planning decision-making and process improvements
