Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms
- open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the property
- inform guests about amenities, services, operating hours, and local attractions
- explain room features such as key usage, mini bar, ice and vending machine locations, in-room safe, and laundry services
- carry luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas
- assist with storing and retrieving luggage
- help guests and visitors with entering and exiting vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage
- provide guests with directions to their destinations
- arrange transportation services such as taxis and shuttles, recording requests as needed
- communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
- comply with all company security policies and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure uniforms and personal appearance are neat and professional
- maintain confidentiality of company information and protect company property
- support coworkers with dignity and respect
- assist the team in achieving common goals
- meet quality assurance expectations and standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance
- assist with heavier objects over 75 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- move at speeds required for work situations
- read and visually verify information in various formats
- reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, drag, and stoop
- navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs
- welcome and recognize all guests per company standards
- speak clearly and professionally
- answer phone calls using proper etiquette
- stay alert for potential undesirable persons on the property
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
