Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms
  • Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and exiting the property
  • Inform guests about property amenities, services, operating hours, and local areas of interest
  • Identify and explain room functionalities such as keys, minibar, ice machines, safes, and laundry services
  • Carry luggage to and from guest rooms or designated areas
  • Assist in storing and retrieving luggage
  • Help guests and visitors enter and exit vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage
  • Provide guests with directions to their destinations
  • Arrange transportation for guests and visitors and record transportation requests
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
  • Comply with company safety policies and report maintenance or safety issues
  • Maintain a neat and professional uniform and personal appearance
  • Protect company property and maintain information confidentiality
  • Support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
  • Assist in achieving team goals
  • Meet quality assurance standards
  • Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing under 50 pounds unassisted
  • Assist in moving heavier objects over 75 pounds
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Respond quickly to job situations
  • Read and visually verify information
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
