Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to operate vehicles with automatic and standard transmissions
- Ability to take verbal and written directions
- Ability to assist guests with luggage

- Previous experience in valet or customer service roles preferred

Job Duties
- Provide valet services to safely and efficiently relocate guest automobiles to designated parking locations
- Welcome guests and create first and last impressions upon arrival and departure
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage
- Provide information about hotel facilities, events, and local attractions
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor to contribute to a positive work environment
- Operate vehicles safely with automatic and standard transmissions
