Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to pass a background check and drug test
ability to maintain professionalism and excellent customer service
reliable and punctual
basic knowledge of vehicle safety and operations
ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties

Pick up customer vehicles from homes, workplaces, or other designated locations
deliver serviced vehicles back to customers in a timely and professional manner
perform vehicle inspections before and after transport (document condition, mileage, fuel level, etc.)
maintain clear communication with service advisors and customers regarding timing and updates
ensure all vehicles are handled safely and driven responsibly
follow all traffic laws and dealership policies
assist with basic service department tasks when not driving (e.g., moving vehicles, organizing lot)
keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle status
provide excellent customer service during all interactions
