Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of driving experience
- Valid driver's license with no restrictions and a clean driving record
- Able to drive both automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles
- Able to do basic math with time and money
- Understand 24-hour and military time
- Must speak, read, and write English fluently
- Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check, drug screening, and required health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
- Friendly, reliable, and passionate about helping people
- Comfortable working outside in all weather (rain, snow, heat, etc.)
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, talk, see, and hear
- Able to lift/move up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Able to push or pull wheelchairs (100-350 lbs) over long distances
- Able to work flexible schedules and extended hours such as weekends, holidays, and longer shifts

Job Duties
- Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles while following all traffic laws
- Greet every guest with a warm and professional attitude
- Help patients and visitors with directions, bags, and getting in or out of their vehicles
- Check for and note any damage on vehicles before taking them
- Record valet ticket numbers and parking locations correctly
- Explain parking rates and how the valet process works to patients and visitors
- Report accidents right away to your supervisor or Lead Valet
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and safe always
- Maintain patient privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
